WELCOME TO YOUR FREE ECEAT PRELIMINARY TEST

  1. Thank you for your interest in the ECEAT QUALITY LABEL!
  2. Complete this quick free test to see if the accommodation you offer - whether it is a hotel, cottage, guest house or camping - is eligible for the ECEAT Quality Label.
  3. If your accommodation passes this test, you will be directed to the final stage for obtaining your ECEAT Quality Label, where you have the chance to fill in some more details and explain your answers.
  4. This short test only takes a couple of minutes, and then you are on your way to becoming officially ECEAT certified!
  5. At any time during the preliminary and final part of this test, feel free to cancel or turn back, you are not obligated to complete it. However, you need to complete it in order for your accommodation to receive the ECEAT QUALITY LABEL.
  6. Guidelines for answering the questions: If the statement is true for the accommodation, answer "YES". If the statement is not true for the accommodation, answer "NO". If the answer is more complicated, if it does not apply to your accommodation, or if you need to explain something, answer "NOT RELEVANT" where possible.

  2. Below you will find the basic information you gave us in the preliminary part of the test. In order to finalise the ECEAT QUALITY LABEL procedure, we kindly ask you to complete this final stage of the test below by adding some more information as follows:
  3. In the free preliminary test you answered 'yes' (or 'not relevant') to certain statements. Now we have added blank fields to some of these statements, where we would like you to describe in which way you or your accommodation makes these statements true. If a certain criterion is not relevant for your accommodation, please explain why not.
  4. You should fill out ALL fields available; for inspiration and recommendations, hover your cursor over each field to see the information boxes.
  5. After receiving the testresults, you will receive additional information about the further procedure concerning obtaining the ECEAT QUALITY LABEL;
  6. Fees for the use of the ECEAT QUALITY LABEL are as follows (valid from June 15, 2011):
